      Hello Nyarko, if you are a new subscriber trying to make a deposit, you first of all have to update your account. In order to update your account, locate the "MY PROFILE" and update every information you there. The information includes -- first name, last address, email, address, country and Street name. After you are done, you saved all your information.

      Then, locate deposit, enter the mobile money network you are on, enter in the amount you want to deposit. A popup message will come on your phone, enter in your PIN, approve the transaction and the money you sent will appear on your sunbet account.

      P/S; The first stage is only done once and hence you do not have to repeat this process over and over again.
